Courier guy Musina Robbing the customers

On the 31st of Jan I requested Courier Guy Musina for a quote on a parcel. I was quoted R170. I agreed. The parcel was picked up. And reached Louis Trichardt. That’s when they called me back and said the amount is now R570. We were shocked and refused to that amount. As we were first quailed R170. After a long argument, we just agreed to pay the amount, as our parcel was already by them. Up to today we didn’t receive the parcel. Everytime we call , we are told that parcel is too big to fit in the backie. So why did they pick up the parcel at the first place? Other courier companies were ready to bring at much reasonable price. Nothing was done and our parcel is just laying there while they are ‘still’ trying to organise a way to get the parcel to us (since more than a month) .

We got so frustrated calling them several times for our parcel. But they never give us a proper feedback . And still didn’t get the parcel to us. Today we get a call from Musina Courier Guy threatening that if we don’t pay for the parcel that’s in Louis Trichardt. They will sell off our parcel to cover their money!! How horrible is that?????????

We never refused to pay. We just wanted our parcel safely . I told him I’m ready to pay today even : but when will I get the parcel? He said that they cannot guarantee on that because they still don’t have a way to get the parcel . So y the hell am I paying???? And what kind of service is that????
