Courier Guy Muizenburg: Terrible customer service

One star is generous actually. I had a very unprofessional experience with this office... Possibly breaching protocol. I sent a package which was refused by receiver. I recalled the package and a while later received a notification stating the customer picked it up after the fact. When I enquired why this happened, I was told they had no reason to not trust the receiver as they are a regular. 24 hours later and there is no resolution. Their regular is now mia with my parcel. The service lady Akeelah is incredibly dishonest and fails to take any responsibility for her fault.
