Courier Guy Mistake

Ordered stuff online from a Company in Jhb to Tzaneen on Monday 21/10/2024. Got a waybill from them. Courier Guy picked it up. Now, today, 24/12/2024, my parcel is in the Cape for some or other reason..... how the hell did it end up there??? Phoned the Company I ordered from, Courier Guy just says sorry, mistake. Will never use Courier Guy again. Sies man, very very bad service. No updates to me or the sender for the stupid mistake.
