Courier guy Middelburg bad service

The Courier guy has always given the best service, but unfortunately your kiosk in Middelburg Mpumalanga is not living up to that service level. It is very disappointing to have booked in a parcel on the 14th and its still with me. I was promised it would be collected. When one complains you are just told sorry for the inconvenience. This is not acceptable
