Courier Guy Malibongwe drive is a Dissapontment.Poor Service!!!!!!!!!!

Poor service from Operations Manager and his team, the Malibongwe drive is a disgrace. Several customer shipments I booked and there were not delivered due to areas, Account was paid before Afternoon and they say parcels will be delivered tomorrow because you paid late and drivers have left the hub.They couldn't just pick up a phone call to inform me that my company account is on areas, they can't even explain why their system allows me to book a service while I don't have enough funds.This is the most unprofessional and unreliable courier in south africa.If its not late deliveries or collection, they don't deliver at all until you contact them and still not get a solution.
