Courier Guy - Lost Parcels

Two of my packages have been lost in one week ! Not even to mention the amount of parcels lost last year . Contacted Courier Guy Kya Sands , no one gets back to me ! Spoke to Ruben , does not answer the phone says he will het back to me then never does . Spoke to Nadia aswell , struggle to get a hold of them also don’t give any answers or feedback . Trying to het a hold of Johan ( manager ) does not answer the phone .

This is really bad service!!

My clients needs their Valentines packages before Monday . Parcel has been missing from the 4th of February today is the 10th .. Parcels never take this long to arrive , when contacting any of them none gives an answer nor knows what is going on .

Will never use Courier Guy again !!
