Courier guy. Lost package. Bad service

My daughter send me a package Wednesday through Courier guy, Rustenburg. Overnight service. On Thursday afternoon I went on their websight to track my parcel.. Nothing.. No entries.. I phoned vanderbijlPark office. They didn't receive my package. They can't find it at all on their computers even. My daughter phoned Rustenburg office 3 times and couldn't get any answers from them. My son in law went to their office Friday afternoon. The manager said she will go to the warehouse and never got back to my daughter. Saturday morning my son in law went back to their office. They said to the driver to talk to my son in law, he said he will go check at the warehouse for our package. The funny thing is no one scanned our package in when it was picked up or received any where. No entries were made any where. We can't get any answers. I send 2 emails to head office in jhb and no one rep**** so far. How will they even refund us. We can't get anywhere with this people. Very very bad service!!!
