Courier Guy Lost My Vote

Usually they are pretty good but this time they have really grated my nerves. I bought a laptop online on the Saturday then by Monday I phoned said company (who makes use of the courier guy's services) and asked them how long it would take to deliver my parcel. They advised me by the end of the Moday or the next morning (Tuesday). So we waited all day and probably phoned the the company and the courier guy about 5 times and each time we would get a different delivery time! Suffice it to say, I still haven't received my parcel. I phoned them again about 10 mins ago and I was told that the driver had overloaded his truck and thus he never reached me. She advised me that I should get it before 12 today and frankly I won't hold my breath on that!! I am very disappointed with this because I have used the courier guys before, myself and had no problems. They need to train their drivers properly or something because it is just unacceptable!!
