Courier Guy Lost My Parcel

I had requested for a package to be collected in Pretoria for delivery to Durban. The item was collected from the supplier and listed as collected on the tracking app. I had paid for overnight delivery. A week later the package didnt arrive so I contacted The Courier Guy where I received absolutely hopeless service. The Jhb branch said I should contact the Durban branch and vice versa. I then found out that the package was lost at the Courier Guy premises in Jhb. The item lost was a badge/sticker for a limited edition vehicle indicated the vehicle number out of the total 190 manufactured. Courier guy is insisting I produce an invoice to get reimbursed however this item was once-of item. I had then got quotes to get this sticker/badge re-made, however they refuse to pay as it is not an invoice. Very poor service
