Courier Guy loses valuable packages

Courier Guy was supposed to deliver my package of high value from sandton to Epic Deals in klerksdorp on the 1st of april 2026. Package was collected on 31 march and still has not arrived in klerksdorp. Its the 7th allready and also still no feedback or clarification from courier guy. Pathetic service and responsibility from courier guy. High value package that is now lost and courier guys does not care!
