Courier Guy loses our parcels and doesn't want to compensate

I used to trust courier Guy with everything in me until I send a parcel to Free State and only for them to send it to Rusternburg and deliver it to the wrong person who threw it away. I have done everything on the book to claim I have been send from piller to post. It's thord month now no update no nothing yet they confirmed the parcel was lost in their hands. To say I am frustrated is an understatement
