Courier Guy LIES

I placed an order for a Christmas gift end of November. The business had a huge backlog and therefore only sent the parcel on the 17th of December. It was logged in at the Bloemfontein depot on the 18th of December. Because I am living in an outlying area, I understand that I only get the courier service to come to us on Mondays. The Courier Guy in Bloemfontein dis not send out the parcel Monday 21 December as they should. I also paid for overnight delivery. I phoned them on the 22nd and asked why they did not send it out. They “forgot”. Christo at the warehouse promised me that it will be sent on the 23rd via Ladybrand. Needless to say, when I asked again if it was sent, Christo did not even reply. They ****! They did not even try. This is the worst service ever. It is a shame that businesses like these continue to trick people. Bad service and lying staff
