Courier guy lies

We got a message that our parcel is out for delivery from Makro on December 24. Today we realized the courier guy indicated that we were not at the delivery address which was a lie. We got a message from them this morning that our parcel is on the way. Only for the driver not to show up and when we called they gave us a run around and eventually stopped replying. We have been waiting only when we track the parcel to be told that we were not on the delivery address AGAIN. which is a very big LIE!!
