Terrible service by poor handling of a package clearly marked Fragile. Broke an item in the package by clearly throwing it about in a very hardhanded way. No apology on the customer support app and clearly not taking responsibility, will investigate at leasure with no time frame. Shocking service, will never ever use them again. Deserves 0 stars which we can not give.
