Courier Guy KwaDukuza Very Poor Service

I sent a 4 parcels from The Courier Guy in KwaDukuza (Stanger) to my home in Centurion. 1 of the 4 was damaged so I took photos and called the branch. Troy (employee) advised they will get manager (Michelle) to call me. A week later I called back as I had no response. Michelle then asked me to send through all details again of which I did including photos, days went by no feedback. I then called again and told me that I didnt package the items correctly so I then asked why wasnt I told so when I did ask if all was ok before paying for the couier. They advised that they will do a CCTV video and check and keep me posted. Days passed again no feedback so I called to speak to the RM and was told they not allowed to give out her number (Juanita) She will call me. Its now been over a month and not once did anyone call me or provide feedback.

Please be very carful when using them as once the item is damaged they will make every excuse not to assist you
