Courier Guy Kathu - Pudo Fails!

What is the use of having the option of Pudo, when collecting a parcel, after receiving the pin

a) they don't know where my parcel is. After waiting 20 minutes, I had to leave to collect my son from school on the other side of town. b) drove back - still they are looking for it

They insist I must sign on a waybill - what is the use of a pin??

No lockers available at the Kathu branch.

Rude, unhelpful staff.

They are more interested in making small talk - 4 staff members on duty, 1 of them walking around outside, other one on their phone. This while the line is standing out the door, in the heat of the day in February.

If they are not intending on getting lockers, that one can collect any time of day or night, contactless with a pin, why offer a PUDO service at this branch??

Saturdays parcels are received, but you can only collect them on a Monday. If there were lockers, one could collect over a weekend.

Even the courier that Pep has on offer gives better service with their shops being open 7 days a week!
