Courier Guy Kathu - not delivering

Used Courier Guy Kath In December 2020 to collect packages in Cape Town which they then "lost" after not being able to deliver or find after four weeks. After more time they agreed to pay for some of the items.

Last week I again requested a pickup in Cape Town, and quest what , again this has not been delivered! I requested the area manager's contact details which to date has not been given, obviously indicating they are not willing to resolve the matter.

Absolute pathetic service and incompetence.
