Courier Guy - just like the post office, only slower!

I went to my local branch in Polokwane last week and requested that they do a collection for me in Pretoria on Monday (the 10th Jan 2022) because the parcel would only be ready then. They proceeded to try and collect the parcel on Friday the 7th! Obviously it was not ready, so they simply marked it as not collected. I have now been trying to arrange the collection since this morning and all I get are promises of call-backs!

What useless, frustrating and inconvenient service! So now, I have to drive down to Pretoria myself to collect the parcel!
