Courier Guy just don't care unless it's to take more money!

Since Courier guy dropped Pudo, their prices went up and their service went down! I send a properly wrapped bottle to someone to make a lamp with. It was in layers and layers of a thick wool material in-between 2x tackies. There was no way that it should have been able to break. When it reached the lady, the bottom halve of the bottle was broken off. The Courier Guy's response.. ".Please note we do not cover damages in transit", after they ask for pictures of everything and if you google it, it says they cover damages up to R1000. So, they can break your property and just not care? That's not right! Then they just stopped talking to me for +-2 weeks, only to tell me I'm not aloud to send bottles. What! If you Google it they say I'm aloud to send properly wrapped bottles! Your guy scans my parcel, see that it's a bottle, says nothing.... you take my R190 and then break it and not even a sorry, we messed up! You watched the footage and nothing was wrong! Please pray tell me then how the very securely wrapped bottle in two very strong ziplocked bags got its bottem broken off!!!! It's ridiculous! We will look for another Courier company if that's how you treat people and their possessions!
