Courier Guy is useless

The most useless experience with courier guy. When you need something urgently, they just sit back and say sorry. When you arrange for stuff to be taken out so that another courier can fetch it, then the parcel suddenly goes missing. You are absolutely turning into a useless company since having the monopoly in the courier business. I wish you would go back being as good when you were small, but now going the extra mile for your customers is just too much to ask for.
