Courier guy is unreliable

Worst experience ever. I called courier guy as soon as i was dropping parcel at the locker to change delivery address they said they'll inform the driver.they didn't parcels were delivered to the wrong address and now they're calling me non-stop to pay another delivery fee whereas they're they ones who made mistakes!!!!!
