Courier guy is ****ty dont use them

Truth to be told, i had it with this so called Courier guy company especially Middelburg office. Bunch of lazy people, who doesn't understand what is going on around them. Your parents send you a parcel from durban area, the friday, delivery to Middelburg Mpumalanga arrived monday morning, great. Recieved message package to be delivered today, only no delivery. Only more frustration, when u phone them your package is going back to Johannesburg for sorting cuase Middelburg Mpumalanga does not understand how to send out your package and it needs to go back to jhb for sorting., there is nothing to sort just deliver the package.and yet i am 50 km away from Middelburg. This is the 3rd time i struggle with them, i am done courier guy is terrible and have ****ty delivery conditions. You pay for delivery and dont get your package as promise.
