Courier guy is the worst service provider

I am a small business owner who uses Pudo service of the courier guy to send out parcels .

I have a parcel , waybill : LD-2C7WLM that arrived at the hub on the 5th of September. It is not being scanned out since then , every time I follow up , I get a generic response that parcel will be prioritized.

I sell to resellers so that they can also make some money and feed their families but courier becomes a stumbling block for us to feed our families This whole week I have been dealing with sooo many orders either missing or sent to wrong lockers

Can this parcel be scanned out
