Courier Guy is service and attitude toward customers is just shocking!!!

The service and attitude received from the Courier Guy is just absolutely shocking. They do not communicate and don't answer their phones when put through to the relevant branch. When I order something from a site and I see Courier Guy will do the delivery I will ask they use another courier. They stuffed up my delivery twice but delivered to the same address from another Vendor, How?
