Courier guy is not a customer related company

I made a mistake yesterday,by switching deposit numbers,i phoned them,no help,i must email,i emailed,them,then went and waited for the courier guy at the drop off safe for 2hours ,cant help,i emailed them again ,phoned again,after 4 hours of stressing out because i will gave to drive to Johannesburg to retrieve the packages and correct the mistake,they refuse to give details to me ,what strange are that their couriers vehicles does not go back to a depot at night but are parked at houses where the drivers sleep with parcels in , so if you're,package are lost,****** or damadged uts because of that negligent procedure.why give a service for a customer where the customer are receiving constant **** service from this company.even when theres no ,time left with lockers not available,customers must pay again,to get another lucky packet number locker,which cant be booked, customer must drive from obe site to another yo drop parcels.
