Courier guy is NONSENSE!! Tumi must be FIRED!!

Yesterday I went to courier my goods as usual at courier guy in Polokwane. A guy by the name of Tumi helped me and processed my parcel. After some few hours I got a call from a private number this was the same Tumi that helped me. He says my parcel can not be processed as it’s short of R270 mind you these are the same amount of parcels I get delivered worth R110 almost every week to the same delivery location. When we went back to take my parcel he refused to give me my refund and gave random excuse. I then called someone who actually complained about this happening to them at courier guy. Only to find out this is what Tumi does. He doesn’t refund the customers thinking they will agree to paying the amount he called about if you refuse it’s still a win for him as he keeps the amount u paid to himself. I am super upset as I have all receipts and no one bothered to help me! Courier guy is nonsense for letting such happen. Tumi from courier guy in Polokwane deserves to be fired as he is ******** people at his own work place!!!
