Courier guy is most useless in south africa

Booked on 27th of April for OVN to Durban They didn't come for 2 days, called them and got put on hold 7 times Then they said they will be here before 4pm, obviously they were not here before 4pm so i called again and got said 5pm... 30 min past 5 i left the offices and they got there at 6:26PM

it's been 2 days later and i still sit with the same issue, paid for OVN 27 April and we are on 2 May still no pickup. MOST USELESS COURIER COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA
