Courier Guy is loosing it!!!!

Is courier guy loosing the plot....Booked a overnight from Durban to Cape Town on Tuesday @ 15h00, collected only @ 15h00 on Wednesday, phoned on Thursday morning to track the parcel. Was told it will be on the 12h00 flight to Cape Town and delivered after 15h00. Phoned @ 15h00 only to be told its too long and will go by truck...then got disconnected. I phoned back and then I was told they will look on some video footage to see where the parcel is. What is the use of paying for overnight and 2 days later it is still not delivered and to be told different lies every time.
