Courier Guy is just not the same anymore - poor service and excuses

We started using your services around 5 years ago. It was excellent. Packages would always be collected on the same day when requested before cutoff time and we would receive a parcel collected in Johannesburg the next day on overnight service. Recently the service is poor to extremely poor. Pickups from our address routinely fails once or twice because you cannot find us (Hello, after 5 years daily visits!!!) and overnight parcels from Johannesburg now arrives two or three days later. This is due a decision your management team took to change our hub from the Silver Lakes depot down the road to one 40 km away. We are looking for an alternative service provider that will provide better service. We tried to discuss this with guy, but unlike in the early days, there is nobody to speak to.
