Courier guy is disrespectful

I am flabbergasted by the Courier Guy who says that I must collect my parcel at the police station. I paid for door-to-door delivery and cannot be expected to spend petrol to collect the parcel at the police station. If they are unable to deliver in our area then they should not be bothered by accepting our parcels. I think it's a cost-cutting trick that is designed to undermine blacks.
