COURIER GUY IS CARELESS, AND FEEL NOTHING FOR YOUR MISSING PARCEL.

I sent a parcel away, it got lost. I t was scanned and then just missing. The waybill was not completed correctly and not even signed by The Courier Guy. The T's & C's are then not binding.

Did report it but they dont seem to care that it is lost.

I was also not asked if i want to insure my parcel and they did not ask me what i am sending away.
