Courier guy is a useless company

On Monday the 13th 2021 someone from Johannesburg send me a parcel via the courier guy. She also send me a photo as proof that she dropped the parcel for delivery at the courier guy. I have been tracking my parcel since Monday and up until today I have not received my parcel. The route shows that the parcel was on cape town for checking and now it's back in Johannesburg and stuck there but when I call they keep telling me stupid excuse everyday. They keep on saying my parcel is on route and now we are on the second week I still have received my parcel
