Courier Guy is a Circus of a business *********** at worse level!!!!

What a Bad service , i have booked an overnight service. i was sent the below message around 5 to tell me my parcel was to be collected today.

Hi Ad hoc account The following note has been added to the shipment: Please note your Collection was delayed due to company was closed. We will attempt another collection within the next 24 hours. This email is in regard to the following shipments: ZKVCHR Kind regards, The Courier Guy

no one called me nor the company they were suppose to collect from and 2 of their customer service reps told me it was my responsibility to specify time.
