Courier Guy Incompetence

Failure to deliver my package 3 days in a row, and now it may be sent back to the sender. I have never had an issue with Courier Guy delivering to my area - I use their service every month. Now I may not receive a package (which is a Christmas gift) because of your incompetence. Other people in my area have received their packages, from Courier Guy, why is mine not part of the delivery?
