Courier Guy in Secunda are rude and deliver poor service

Was promised delivery from the Secunda branch today. Received pin and confirmation whatsapp. My mother had to wait the whole day at home unable to plan anything. Nobody arrived. I phoned at about 15:00 and i was told the parcel was out for delivery. At 18:00 no delivery yet received. I phoned the Secunda branch and i was arrogantly told that the box was not out for delivery and they will deliver tomorrow morning. I will not make use of them again. They are rude and they are full of excuses on why they find it acceptable to deliver poor customer service.
