Courier Guy Howick - Worst customer service ever!

These guys are absolutely terrible, they continually let my clients down, they cannot be re**** on for business. We had urgent promotional material sent OVERNIGHT from JHB on Wed 15th to arrive no later than Fri 17th December in Howick its the 21st December and still 2 of my packages are missing, 4 packages sent together in the same batch clearly marked 1 of 4 to 4 of 4 and still they managed to send 1 package to Richards Bay 1 to Durban and 2 of the packages arrived at the depot, I spoke with the Manager who said he would do his absolute best to rectify the problem by the following day and get my packages to the depot by today Saturday 18th. I hoped to get a call from the Manager letting me know what was going on but there was no communication at all, at this point I went back to the Howick depot to enquire if my issue was rectified and was told that they don't know because they don't have a phone to call and find out, I asked who I could call for them, they did not give me a number but after a few minutes was told that my missing 2 packages were now in Pietermaritzburg and Durban... I wonder if they even attempted to do anything to rectify as they could not call until I wanted to call for them. At this point I asked what can be done to sort this out as my business would again look terrible to my clients due to them having a event with no marketing material. I offered to Drive to these depos ourselves. we were told nothing can be done and that they are closing now and its nothing to do with them and its not their fault, no apology of any sort, no attempt to help, and no recourse. this is the 3rd time I have been seriously let down by Courier guy in the last 2 months. Even if you pay for overnight and you allow for 3 days its a stuff up that is nobody's fault, the attitude of the staff that cannot help or do anything about anything is disgusting and stinks of incompetence and lack of accountability. customer service does not exist here. No communication still on the 21st December from Courier Guy Howick, I wish there was a minus star option
