I requested a collection, give written instruction and get a quote Parcel arrives and the price for collection is double to what was quoted because Courier Guy Howick neglected to advise the collecting vehicle that th parcel must be in a flyer so it was placed in a box that weighed 2.35kg incl parcel instead of the 2kg with flyer, changing the price from R 85 as quoted to R 198.95 and a courier guy Howick branch refuses to take responsibility for the error or lack of instruction. I will never use courier guy Howick branch ever again
