Courier guy hope your parcel Bering delivers on time

Hi my daughter doing business with the couriered guy. Once a week she received a parcel from PTA to Bloem the parcel are late always although it's send overnight. Today was the limit she enq about the parcel after 61 calls they told her the parcel not send only Tomorrow.then Se ask them to keep the parcel at their destination office the lady say we can collect at 15h00 when we arrive she say no parcel are still in ooseind Dept Bloem. We went their no parcel . The manager their are very rude I ask him what now his. Answer wait till the parcel be delivered. Then he run away to his office and he don't answer the phone.a young guy come to assist us he track the parcel and was at the previous Dept. Under the. Desk at reception. He then arrange for them to deliver the parcel while we waiting. The manager went home long time ago.
