Courier Guy have not collected parcel for 3 days now

Booked a shipment with courier guy on Monday Morning and the parcel has not been collected yet on Wednesday evening. when i inquire i am being told a lot of excuses and lies.. I am no longer sure if i should continue or close my account with courier guy. I have been using this account for 2 years now with no problems...so i am no longer sure if i should get a new service provider for my company.
