Courier Guy has not delivered my parcel 24 December

I sent a parcel 24 December in the Durban Checkstar locker to be delivered in Cape Town epping how ever they have not delivered the parcel it's still in kzn and they have not made any contact with clear updates I had to follow up and the parcel is needed for the 31st and yet still courier guy is still keeping the parcel
