Courier Guy has a very bad service

I would not recomend the courier guy in any way. I have a ongoing problem just to receive flyer bags, that I paid for to use their service. Several e-mails and calls later I still have no answer that can help me. They want businesses to use their services, but If you need assistance they are non existand. One of their "manager" , I am not sure if he is actually a manager just said I must hold, for almost 8 min of holding I dropped the call, just to call back and spoke to another lady, (I have her name) that was a bit more helpfull but also not being able to solve my problem. You pay and then everything is hanging, no tracking numer or comfirmation
