COURIER GUY GROBLERSDAL KIOSK - BAD SERVICE FROM JELEDENE

The Courier Guy GROBLERSDAL KIOSK SERVICE BY JELEDENE IS PATHIETIC, I took in a parcel on the 15th at 8am to be sent to George , I asked the lady JERLDENE what time the parcel is leaving she said 2pm , I called George depot this morning my parcel is still sitting in GROBLERSDAL for 3 days , the REASON being the bakkie was TOO FULL . I was there at 8am does it not supposed to work according to tracking numbers ????

THIS JERELDENE IS THE MOST USELESS PERSON THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH HER If she cannot do her job then please replace with someone that wants to work and get paid for the service customers should receive. We are paying for a SERVICE so please put people in place that wants to work .
