COURIER GUY FULL OF *******, MY PARCEL WAS ******, TWO SEPERATE TRACKING NUMBERS, DONT TRUST THEM. FIND A MORE RELIABLE COURIER

I have been constantly ****** by COURIER GUY or staff at courier guy on multiple occasions but the most troubling has been today and it is the last straw. Ive always had issues with my parcel being tampered with. The courier guy dundee team is aware of this, today 8 November 2024 my entire package was ******. I was made to pay R150 for the transport of an empty package. And yet nothing was done to assist me they always tell me to file a complaint or they will be filing a complaint. I want full reimbur*****t of R1500. My parcel was picked up yesterday the 7 Nov 2024. I recieved pictures of the package itself. The waybill tracking number. The same driver picked up as always vehicle registration . Same vehicle registration. However the parcel I recieved on Nov 8 2024, picked up a courier guy dundee. was completely different. A different carrier bag and tracking number. And the parcel was ******. This can only be done from the inside and its not the first time this has happened. Calling the durban office and they have no record of the original tracking number that the parcel was sent with. This is *****. On every level. Please know that if I am not reimbursed I will only be taking this further and further. I expect full reimbur*****t. I want camera footage checked. I want to make sure that this doesn't happen to another customer cause this is bull****.
