Courier guy ***** from our parcels and deny, I am very disappointed

I sent weaves for my colleagues to Woodstock office and courier guy opened parcels and stole some of hair from the parcel. The parcel was delivered on Monday, Parcel had two bags inside where I marked them with names because i was delivering for my two colleagues. My colleagues noticed that the parcel was not sealed but they continued to open it because they were not sure if thats how the bag supposed to be. When they opened the other bag was empty as there were two bags marked by their names. They took photos and I reported the issue immediately on Monday, and courier guy told me they are doing investigation. Today they gave the feedback that the bag was not opened meaning they are not going to reimburse me for the ****** wigs. The insurance we take when sending goods with them is useless.

The only way to protect yourself when using this company that *****s from our parcels do a vidoe of opening the parcel. Infact do a video from the car checking that the parcel is really closed.

I am so disappointed at courie guy, I have never thought that they can ***** our parcels.
