Courier guy false info and parcel left stranded

This is now the second time i book with Courier guy and get a notification on the waybill that they "couldn't collect/failed collection attempt". So i book at 8 in the morning for overnight delivery, at almost 14:00 the driver pings the waybill with "failed collection attempt as the order is not ready for collection". phone the department where they should be collecting and obviously no one was even there to try and collect. the whatsapp support states they created a second attemp to collect for tomorrow which is when i should actually be getting my delivery. So how the HELL does your drivers get away with falsely updating statuses of parcels without proof of these "Failed attempts"??? I paid for over night, collect today and deliver tomorrow but YOUR DRIVERS SEEM TO BE THE ONES DECIDING WHEN PARCELS ARE COLLECTED AND DELIVERED. Shame on you.
