Courier Guy failed to deliver my parcel

I bought items from Easybarn which were handed to Courier Guy for delivery. On 22 January 2026, I was notified that my parcel was out for delivery, but later the same day I received an email stating it had been delivered. I never received the parcel.

The Proof of Delivery provided has an illegible signature, no recipient contact details, and shows delivery at 07:00, which is highly unusual. This raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the delivery. Very disappointed with the service. I think the driver did some *****
