Courier Guy Failed to Deliver & Ignored My Complaint!

I am beyond frustrated with Courier Guy’s shocking lack of service and accountability. On March 12th, 2025, I received a WhatsApp message confirming that my shipment (TCG***1) would be delivered that day. Based on this confirmation, I waited 10 hours and even made two separate trips to their Alice hub—only to find that my package was nowhere to be found!

To make matters worse, the package contains my prescription glasses, which are essential for my daily life and academic work. Despite the urgency, Courier Guy has completely failed to deliver as promised.

I lodged a formal complaint via email, clearly outlining the inconvenience and requesting: ✅ A confirmed delivery time ✅ An explanation for the failed delivery ✅ Compensation for my wasted time and fuel ✅ A formal apology

Their response? Silence. When they finally rep****, it was an empty email with no answers, no apology, and no resolution. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is unacceptable.

I am now escalating this matter to consumer protection bodies and warning others to think twice before using Courier Guy. If you value reliable service and accountability, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Courier Guy, I expect immediate action on this matter—deliver my package and take responsibility for your failure!
