Courier Guy

The driver was extremely rude, to make things worse he arrived and didn't even have my package. Before asking if i had R5 he said he'd be back before 12pm same day with my package. Didn't return or bother calling it's almost a week later, I've called sent emails and I have not been assisted even though I've paid for the package and the courier. My money is gone and my emails are ignored. I believe this is a ******** offence because wow...
