I am beyond amazed at the service of Courier Guy Estcourt! Carla in particular went way out and ensured that my parcel was delivered to me. I purchased a second-hand engine from an unknown seller and the seller was in the process of ******** me. Carla ensured her team and even herself, as a manager, personally attended to this matter - went out of their way to get a pallet, and loaded my purchase and had it delivered. She deserves an award.
