Courier Guy Dshonest and Poor Service

Yesterday I didn't go to work, waiting for delivery as confirmed by parcel tracking. Around 14:00 I got a whattshap message from the service provider saying I must call the Groblersdal courier Guy office. I immediately called and the guy said the delivery guy is on the way. Around 15:00 I got a call from the driver using this mobile number: +***, saying I will be in your area in few minutes time and confirming the location. After few hours I called him back, whattshap him, he didn't respond, I called the office, the guy said, the driver is still in your area but he is contemplating to return with the parcel for tomorrow's delivery, I said no because the parcel is part of my trip. I called the driver, he assured me that he will deliver my parcel around ten am. I called him 09:35 reminding him not to be late, he said he is passing my place but my parcel has been given to another guy, he will get his number for me. I called the office the guy says the driver is lying, no driver is delivering your parcel, he even made me to listen when he touches my parcel. I asked the driver why he deserves me knowing well that his schedule to pass my area and why is he saying my parcel is going to be delivered today by another driver knowing very well that he left it in the office. I'm also surprised by the office guy knowing the agency of the parcel why did he listened to the guy when he said tomorrow knowing the guy's schedule. Since he knew about the intentional reason for my parcel to be returned and the promise made why did he allow the guy to leave without my parcel. These two guys failed my business in a big way. This amount to disrespect, poor service and being dishonest. This against business ethics.
